  1. I sympathize with your concern about the California garbage being dumped in Nevada for I have two sons living in Henderson. For what its worth, I experienced when working in Mississippi that the town of Pascaguela purchased machinery from France that burnt the neaby city’s gargage which was converted into steam that generated power for a nearby industry. You may want to consider a smilar system for Winnermucca.
