  1. An item worth reviewing from the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection Jungo Road permitting process web site is the Recology/Goldwater ‘Groundwater Protection Plan’.

Warning, a scarey read. Let’s see what you see in the first sentence. Just hold your thoughts on that first sentence until the public comment meeting from the NDEP on the operating permit. It gets scarier, but that first sentence is the easiest item to succeed at.

Make notes as you go! May be useful for the NDEP public commentary on Jungo whether it be in June, or later. And keep in mind, the NDEP has written Recology and said that while the operating permit continues, no final decision is made pending lawsuits. You’ll see that correspondence on the NDEP Jungo project web site. http://ndep.nv.gov/bwm/jungo.htm

One wonders what other details may be missed.

    • as it is prensented it looks like no real thought just boiler plate. if any study at all was done the author would have at least been proud enough of his work to get the state correct. does ndep fall for this kind of presentation if so we are really in trouble.
      thank you tracy.
