This is the latest document to be filed with the court regarding the case of Jungo Land and Investments (Recology) vs Humboldt County. Read it for yourself and draw your own conclusions.

Is it just us or does it appear that throwing massive amounts of mud against a wall in the form of paperwork and hoping that something sticks isn’t quite enough for the Jungo attorneys? By requesting this ‘oral’ argument, are they telling the judge this is so complex and extensive that he can never hope to figure things out for himself and that he needs their expertise and guidance to ‘assist’ him in his decision. Let’s talk this over and make sure the judge ‘gets it’? How thoughtful! This is NAG’s assessment, but we know each of you will review this for yourself and make up your own mind, with or without some extra ‘oral’ arguments. And, we bet the judge can too.
